At 8:53 p.m. on Friday, the Fire Service responded to a structural fire at a two-story concrete and wooden building in La Clery. Upon arrival, thick smoke was billowing from the top floor, with visible flames emerging from the ground floor. Swift action by the firefighters led to the successful extinguishing of the fire, with all building occupants safely accounted for. The incident scene was turned over to the Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation.

Meanwhile onSunday, at 9:15 p.m., emergency personnel were dispatched to Vigie following a motor vehicle collision with a tree. Two adult males were involved, with one partially ejected from the vehicle and the other requiring extrication. Emergency assessments revealed that one individual had negative vital signs. Both individuals received crucial life-saving interventions before being transported to a medical facility for advanced medical care.

Earlier that same day, at 5:38 p.m., the Fire Service responded to a motorcycle accident in Beanfield, Vieux-Fort. An adult male was found lying on the ground with a head avulsion and multiple body injuries. He received immediate treatment on-site before being transported to a medical facility for further medical care.
