Industry, Choiseul – A victim of the brutal January 31st chopping attack in Industry, Choiseul, has succumbed to injuries, police confirmed on February 21st. The tragic development escalates the case, with the two arrested suspects now facing murder charges.
The attack, which left four members of a family severely wounded, was allegedly carried out by two individuals, one of whom was reportedly known to the victims. Among the injured was a five-year-old boy who suffered a near-severed hand in the vicious assault.
Authorities swiftly apprehended Vaughn Mark of Victoria, Choiseul, and Kendal Sansion of Sapphire Estate, Laborie, charging them in connection with the attack. Both men had been remanded in custody.
Following the latest casualty, the charges against Mark and Sansion have been upgraded to murder. The four victims of the attack are 54 year old Endie, her 52 year old husband Vernon, their 18 year old daughter Vernancia and their 5 year old grandson Bradley.
Investigations into the shocking incident remain ongoing.
