Dialogue with representatives of the US based ‘Springfield College’ is hoped to result in increased opportunities for Saint Lucian students to obtain tertiary level certification. A delegation from the institution recently met with Minister for Education Hon. Shawn Edward, to examine how nationals may benefit from a formal partnership.
